We stand behind our products. If there is any issue due to a mistake on our end (e.g., a manufacturing defect, wrong item shipped, or an error in a custom order based on our misunderstanding), we will not only offer a free return, exchange, or full refund but will also bear all the associated shipping expenses. Your happiness is our responsibility.

Understanding Return Scenarios:

1. For Custom-Made & Bespoke Orders:

  • These are made specifically for you. Therefore, returns are only accepted if the error is due to a fault on our part (as described above).

2. For Ready-Made Products:

  • We happily accept returns and exchanges for all ready-made items within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • In this case, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost to send the item back to us. Once received and inspected, we will process your exchange or refund.

The Golden Rules:

  • 30-Day Window: All return or exchange requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Quality Commitment: We will never compromise on quality. If you are not satisfied with the quality of a product that is not custom-made, we will gladly accept its return.
